omnadren 250/winny cycle

i am about to do my first cycle finally.....250mg/wk of omnadren 250 for 10 week with winny 25 mg/day for weeks 5-10...i am 6`2 210 14.5% bf lookign to get about 230-235 and rock solid....is 250 mg/wk of omnadren 250 enough for my first cycle?

I would bump it up to 500mg/week for 10 weeks if possable but because it is your first cycle you should see some good results provided you have a good diet.
