Actually technically once you subtract the weight of the ester it will be much less...probably around ~190 mg...(but we don't need to get THAT technical...)

If so, I was reading about free test in all the different esters the other day.
I'll see if I can find it.

I think there is 176mg. of free test in test enanthate per 250mg.

Testosterone cyp 70 mg

I do. For testing reasons I have to say under the 6/1 ratio of t/e. So I need to how much actual testosterone will be in my blood stream.
