I know the feeling - I hit a club last night with an old friend and one beer led to 2 led to 10 and then some vodka shots. I left at 1:30am and headed back home. Up early this morning and 45 minutes of cardio. Rested for a couple of hours then went back and trained legs.

I feel quite sick about now but it's from training legs not the alcohol.
