OMG Shine Splints From DBOL

I went out dancing with a few girls tonight.

My shines have never hurt so bad in my life.

Is it water retention or muscle growth. I could not walk for 30 minutes after I got off the dance floor.

What the fuck?
 
You probably just weren"t used to all the dancing,or may be bad shoe ergonomics.If it persists start training your tibialis(front shin muscle) this is very benificial,used by runners to help avoid them.If you are fairly heavy with small calves it will also contribute to the problem.P.S the tib work will also help improve the look of your lower leg.
 
muscles are easily pumped up while on dbol, like the burning sensation at the end of a heavy set to failure. weak lower leg muscles are probably to blame.
 
Probably muscle pump in the legs also if you have gained a lot of weight with the dbol then that can contribute to the shin pain.
 
I get the same from winny, but dbol( specially naps) is definitly the worst. Its not a bad thing tho - the muscle down the front of my calves is way more pronounced - looks pretty cool actually.
 
I had the same pain in my shins on dbol, just try keeping your dancing horizontal and it'll be fine.
 
Very typical with dbol...I actually find cardio difficult because I can't do much of anything with my legs. I ran about 1/2 mile the other day and almost passed out from the pain. :mad:
