Radio just announced "All schools in the HRM (my city) are closing down, all buses are being held off the road, please do not drive unless completely necessary”

Everytime a snow flake hits here EVERYTHING closes........

Yeah it's just cold and overcast here with a high maybe of 20 degrees. Who knows with the windchill. That's why I got rid of my Mustang when I moved here. Was not going to try and drive that here on snow... It was way better in New Mexico.. Why did I move here????

Vancouver? I lived in BC for 5 years and everytime it snowed (never dumped snow, only sprinkled) the city would close down in the fashion of an enviromental disaster. Heehee!

Yeah, I'm pretty far North (Nova Scotia) EVERYTHING is closed (all malls etc..) But I'm at work beacuse I have no power at home. I live in no-man's land
