Omega Project......

I haven't been on here in a while. I was in an accident and tore up my shoulder and broke my wrist, but I am back now. More importantly, I am back in the gym and eating clean again.

Back in the day, I went through phase one of the Omega Project and had amazing results. I would like to do phase one again but I don't have a copy of the workout.

Is there a way I can get that? I checked my EF account and it shows I did purchase the project. I don't want to violate any rules, so if you're not allowed to post it in an open forum, then please don't.
