OMEGA - Lipoflame/Lipostim - Timing for Nightshift Workers

OMEGA my friend, need some advice. I'm starting my spring cutting and of course it involves Lipoflame and Lipostim, the best shit out there. Here's the deal, I work nights so my schedule is a little different from most peoples so let me lay it out how I am currently doing it.

4pm - Wake up - Down some Hydro Whey w/water and 1 tbs Powerbutter
6pm - Meal 1 with the wife
9pm - Hydro Whey and Powerbutter
10pm Work starts
11pm - 1 Lipostim and 2 Lipoflame
12am - Meal 2
1:45am - 2 Lipoflame
2am - 45 min cardio on eliptical - lunch break in the office gym
5am - Meal 3
7am - Work ends
7:30am - Pre-Max and Amp02
8am - Off to the real gym - Weights and another 45min cardio
10am - PWO Needto Muscle Replenisher
10:30am - Sleepy time

This is a rough estimate, times are as close to exact as possible. Yeah I only get 5-6 hours sleep all at once. Cant really sleep past 4pm since I need to pick up my son from daycare. Sometimes I'm able to slip in a nap between 7pm-9pm for maybe an extra hour.

So my question is not about the diet, I got that down, didn't bother posting the meals. My question is the timing of the Lipoflame and Lipostim. Do you think that looks ok or would you work it a little different?

Take 2 LipoStim with 2 Lipoflame 9-9;20 PM

Take 1 LipoStim with 3 Lipoflame 1;30 Am to get you ready for cardio

Take 1 LipoStim with Full Dose of Amplify02 and kill it for lifting at 7;30 AM.


On OFF days take 2 lipoStim plus 2 LIPOFLAME first

then 5-6 hours later take just 3-4 Lipoflame

The only thing I worry about is taking Lipostim so close to going to bed at 7:30am, but the rest looks goood.
