Omega: is it acceptable to wear a weights belt for SM squat?

I did it today for first time, and could lift more. Felt better. First time I'd ever used a weights belt too

Interesting you say that Omega as I only mentioned just recently to my wife how I seem to have better flexibility or suppleness in my knees of late. Just little things like getting up from the couch I used to feel it in my knees considerably and took some effort so to speak to stand up from that position and you could feel the stress within your knees but has been much easier since doing legs the Omega way.

argh I had a long reply to share more info

BUT YES Access its not in your head, I feel the stimuli applied promotes a buttressing of the entire area and may also promote regeneration of a sorts
