ive got a realy nice Tuff Stuff bench and squat rack with olympic barbell, curlbar and a leg extention built into the bench that takes olympic plates. i have 300 in oly plates. i also have some standard dumbells, but dont use them much as i dont have a lot of weight ( i think between the two the set adds up to like 55lbs.)
I have an Oplympic weight set with about 250 lbs. of weight. A nice Nautilus squat rack/pulley/bench/low cable row machine with preacher and leg ext set up I got for a steal at Costco for about 300 bucks

Sorry, this might sound like a dumb question, but what's a standard weight? Do you have oly weights in kg and standard weights in lbs in the US or something?
