all the older EF'ers. if you have "damn i should have done this when i was younger." regrets or any doubts you can help someone younger out with. what are they?? examples. i should have stayed in school, shoulda got outta school earlier, should have stayed at a shitty job just for the money until i found something else. should have kept it in my pants or never tried a drug.

i think my life needs guidance and i consider you guys brothers and sisters!! jnevmo is like that distant uncle that you're told by your parents to stay away from..
 
I've found that with vehicles, when I could have spent a bit more and bought new instead of used or making repairs I should have. Old vehicles are a money pit. Buy new costs a lot. Lease returns are the way to go.

Women will always confuse. It's in their nature. Trying to figure them out every time will result in frustration & anger. Let it go.

Be content with what you have in life, there's no end to having more.

thats different for everyone. I'd say in your life if the urge is there, the impulse, then don't think about it. just go for it.

I think the only thing I'd say would be to take school seriously and surround yourself with the right people. I know so many people that hung around with the wrong crowd and it turned out to be an anchor around their neck.

And you're not missing anything by skipping booze and drugs.

lol. i'm still young, but i don't take life for granted. i could very well die tom, and never get a chance to have done that one thing i so wanted to do today.
 
i'm not sure i would have done much differently, since I like how my life turned out.
 
get educated in a field that cant be affected by the economy directly - education, medical, law enforcement.

if youre gonna party, realize when its time to pullback. i know more than a few people who have died from ghb, oxycotin, heroin. as you get to 24/25, youll realize the people who are caught in that lifestyle. help them if you can. if not, cut your losses, these situations rarely end well.

marry someone you trust with your money. anyone will help you if you get hurt or sick. trust is proven when you give access to finances. trust shouldnt be a foregone expectation but needs to be earned. only through hardships will true character be shown. my wife stayed with me after i fell into a deep depression after 9/11. for 7 months i thought i was dying or at least should and she carried me through that.

realize women have unlimited strength and when they need to dig their heels in, they can and will beat you. realizing this will help you avoid backing one into a corner where they feel they have to go on the offensive. a focused, determined woman is a scary thing.

be generous to others, one day you will need the same in return.

My advice would be to align your life mission with your occupation.

Working for a paycheck (no matter how big it is) will never result in personal fulfillment.

Determine an area you feel passionate about and become a expert in a particular subset of that area.

wait til you are 30 to get married.. simple rule..

No regrets on my part, only real missed opportunity that i turned down was becoming an Anesthetist air force was going to send me and everything, but it was too much school for me at the time.. what an idiot..

Risk, take it..

Best life advice i can give..

Find out what rich successful people do and how they do it... and do that, ..

take public speaking and creative writing courses..

I just turned 35 last week. If thats old to you then listen to what I have to say, if not then dont.
The biggest difference between myself when I was 21 or so and now is to more maturely evaluate life situations and have follow through to the decisions I make, large and small. I tend to think about the big picture more now, I just got my health insurance approved through BCBS and its very important now. I wouldnt have given a shit 15 years ago and it would have cost me dearly if anything happened to me. Today if I were to start a steroids cycle I would have all the diet shit thrown into my ipod app and all the numbers worked over, workouts scheduled, etc. and the only question would be if my smack was legit or not. But even that wouldnt be in question because of the wisdom I now have with finding sources, 10 years on EF, and doing due diligence, etc.
But getting away from the EF world and back into the real world. If you are unhappy with your job and you dont have a colleg degree, go out and get it. I was almost 30 when I went I quit my job of 8 years, went back to school full time and took a chance. It was the best thing I ever did. I will always be able to get a good job because of getting a BBA and masters in accounting. And if you want to start your own business, like me, you can do that too because if it doesnt work out youve always got that college on your resume.
As far as drugs and alcohol, Ive done plenty of weed and alcohol and i can tell you that weed is *probably* a little worse than alcohol for overall and legal reasons. But you will do as you will just as everyone else has.

anyways, i like to take chances and risks, wouldn't change anything so far.

i believe if i try for my goals and dreams and fail, i didn't even fail since i tried instead of never trying at all and wondering if.
