Older stereo equipment...

what have you done with yours?

I am about to move into a new place after having most of mine in storage for 8 months and was just thinking about my stereo. Kenwood receiver (200 watts) and Kenwood 6-disc CD player. I bought both back in 1994 and they still work fine. Have them hooked up to a set of Bose Acoustimas speakers (the old base model).

But now that I am thinking of getting a new panel TV and a DVD player (which will more than most likely displace my CD player) I am left wondering what to do with my old system.

Any thoughts?

if it ain't broke don't throw it away. Keep it or send it over to me in southern ca. Wish i had a sound system in my room! ;)

i have a stereo in every room because of that. buy a dvd player that plays mp3, hook it up as an auxilliary, and there you go

besides, you never know when youre going to have a party and need some of that old school Pioneer stuff that shakes the floor
