Old school Needto Helladrol

OK so I have a couple of year old bottle of Helladrol. Its the 50mg per cap version. Its never been opened and inside my closet so kept at a constant 68 degrees. Was wondering what the recommended dose and times were. I know this version is different than current versions being sold so just double checking with other old heads.

It Should still have some potency left to it.

I found that this works very well 75/75/75/100/100/125... 50 is too low and is just a waste of two good weeks .
