Old school diets, argo starch, yeast mix and others

does anyone have any cool diets youve heard in the past from people that try to bulk up and what they use.......i used to set up scaffolding and a big black dude told me he and a bunch of other dudes used to eat a box of argo starch a day. and some guys would just eat yeast with water.

so does anyone have some tricks we havent heard of yet
 
Hey, I just wanted you to know that I hold many of the same beliefs as you do as far as weight training and dieting. After reading many posts, I just wanted to say that you share good information.

I've heard that before, it's a joke....

There are too many diets that I know of, I can sit here for hours writing them. The first thing that pops into my mind is the fish and water diet, the fruit and meat diet, the apple cider and beef diet.....etc...

it is rich in B vitamins and a few minerals

it does sound crazy but its true. i kinda live around alot of minorities. they have alot of wrong theorys on alot of things like "corn is bad for you because you cant digest it". i hear alot of dumb shit like that they beleive. but alot of them do try some crazy shit. alot of minoroties dont read magazines and look up things on the net like we do. they learn from there brothers and fathers that have been lifting for a long time, some of these people have been in prison, and ive heard alot of them drank like cases of boost and buckets of yeast to get big because thats all they could get there hands on.

i am in no ways saying that this is a "GOOD DIET" or if it actually works. im just telling you what i know and what some people do to get big. i have no reason to lie , and neither do my friends and co workers.

I will tell you one secret about "minorities" as you mention it: they have AMAZING genetics. Yes! black people (especiallY) have AMAZING genetics, (most at least) when comapred to whites there is not competition when it comes to muscle building. I've trained many black athletes, and they seems to have such good genetics at times that a white guy on juice could not looks like this african man that was natural. It was amazing....Of course, this is not true for everyone, it's true for most. I know people want to be politically correct, but the truth is that black people were bred and picked out to be superior (genetic wise) and only the strong survived; thus, they have evolved into a persona w/ a better set of genes when it comes to sports etc. (maybe not swimming) but for most part....

Try eating a lot of meat and rice, and you'll see the gains. No one is saying you mean it's "good", and no one saying that you are lying; in fact, I could care less either way. The only fact that remains is that black people have better genetics then whites....

Here's a diet I heard of, I can't remember who did it, but he was pro and strong as shit. Here ya go.

Mon - Eat only Beef
Tue - Only Poultry
Wed - Only Fish
Thr-Sat - Only Carbs
Sun - Anything you can get your hands on, eat

No one knew the rationale on this, but it worked FOR HIM. My guess is it enhanced his ability to store glycogen and utilize proteins. He ate as much of the listed food for the day as he wanted, and did get some carbs on Meat days and some protein on carb days (what was in the food. ex: pasta has 7g's/serving) and Sundays he ate whatever he could.
Not a recommendation, but it's kind of a cool diet.
