not ugly at all, she goes out with one of the people that works there and she actually worked there herself awhile ago. she's thinking about buying the gym even... you two just have similiar looks i guess, i could easily confuse you two from your avatar

Well, I have lost alot of weight this year. I took most those pictures about 5-6 months ago, and I have improved my body SOOOOOOOO much, since then. I've only missed one workout this entire year, and thats because I was really sick.

I took those pictures because I was feeling really good about my body, but good hell! I can't believe some of them I took


LiLady11-------yes, bodyforlife has worked great for me. I know alot of people diss the program or Bill, and thats fine, its not for everyone :)
 
hey jen i think people don't understand how much progress you have made. they tend to dicsount your progress and opt for the show me your tits route. i have respect for what you have accomplished, and also i enjoy your breasts as much as the next hetero guy.

Nope, I joined Elite last spring when I just got serious about training again ( after a year or so..... ). I was looking for information on AS, since a buddy introduced me to a source that had literally everything for a good price. I didn't know shit about them, so I went looking to educate myself. Thanks to the great posts here, I realized that they weren't the short cut I thought they were, and before I even considered using them, I needed to gain the discipline to follow though with proper diet and training first.

Anyways, back then this board was cool since you could see the people that were giving advise, and you cold actually get a good idea if they really did know their sh*t........

Kinda weird how I found it.........

I was looking for an old post by someone, but I couldn't remember where it was. I did a copy and paste of their username, to use in the search field here. I didn't find it........oh well. I left my computer on all day, went back to my homepage ( google.com ), and some how I did a copy and paste in the seach box, and up that web site popped up! LOL :D
