age: Turned 19 a month ago.
height&weight: 6'6' - 223lbs (already lost some fat in few weeks) ( started at 230+)
occupation: Playing basketball at junior college and going to school.
not sure about about body fat but if I had to guess I would say it could be all the way up to 18-20%.( and yes I know how horrible that is and thats why Im here) especially now that I'm on my bball team I gotta get rid of this, prolly went down a little now but I dont wanna say its much less then that cause lets just take the worst possible scenario and work it from there.
this horrible weight gain happened when I decided I wont play basketball anymore last year because I had a shoulder injury.. well I changed my mind so now its time to get back on the road.
here is my day goes.
I didnt put in when I eat or work out cause I want to hear that from you, and when would you do it if you were in my shoes.
MONDAY:
8am: wake up, take multivitamin + flax oil
8:30: eat( bowl of good oats seareal or something)
11am: eat(usually its few eggs)
11:30-12:30: class
BREAK till 1:40pm(get something to eat)
1:45-2:45 class(BUT on mondays I leave early at around 2pm to go to my basketball practice till 4pm)
(then from 4pm to 10pm I got free time to eat, do homework, work out etc.)
10pm: bed time
TUESDAY:
8am: wake up, take multivitamin + flax oil
8:30: eat( bowl of good oats seareal or something)
11am: eat(usually its few eggs)
11:30-12:30: class
BREAK till 1:40pm(get something to eat)
1:45-2:45 class
3pm-5pm: another fuckin long ass class
then I'm free( I'm missing my basketball practice here on tuesday because of my god damn classes)
WEDNESDAY: exactly same as monday(basketball practice)
THURSDAY: exactly same as tuesday(no basketball practice)
FRIDAY:
8am: wake up, take multivitamin + flax oil
8:30: eat( bowl of good oats seareal or something)
11am: eat(usually its few eggs)
11:30-12:30: class
2pm-4pm: just basketball skrimage, running up and down playing ball nothing else.
done
saturday and sunday I have almost nothing to do but I do wake up at 8 am like rest of my days.. then at some point I go and work out.
money for food isnt a big problem.
Okay so guys I really need this and am counting on you, just need few questions answered.
what kind of diet would you recomend?
where would you fit in weightlifting workouts if you were in my shoes?
what kinda training would you recomend?
my goal is: get quicker, faster, stronger. LOSE FAT, gain muscle.
I dont care about being big I just want to gain muscle while losing fat.
