ok, totally real question

The effect of nandrolone decan... [J Gerontol A Biol Sci Med Sci. 2005] - PubMed - NCBI

ND increased BMD, hemoglobin levels, and muscle mass, and reduced the vertebral fracture rate of elderly osteoporotic women.

the article makes good points but it is for post menopausal wimmins and therefore the complications with concomitant natural pre-menopausal levels of the 3 estrogens/progest are still valid--

what i neglected to mention was winstrol maybe a possibility--depending on goals...though I hate the stuff as it makes my joint hurt like nothing else.

In my very limited experience with nandrolone use by a female; sides were minimal, libido was definitely increased, but orgasms became very wimpy. Those last two make a frustrating combination. Her body tightened up nicely though; didn't add a lot of bulk.

winny makes my arthritis scream so bad I can barely move

for me I'm workin with perimenopausal hormone levels

test is mid range
estrogen is in the bottom third of the bottom third range
progesterone was below normal

all ran based on date/timing within cycle

BUT when those tests were run my thyroid profile was also terrible. Not disease terrible but not optimal.

TSH was fairly low..good number
but T4 was low normal and T3 was a hair below normal..not ideal

RT3 was not a high enough value to be considered a factor but was present

antibodies test was good, again present but below being considered a "positive" test.

I take a prescribed dessicated thyroid

I was prescribed progesterone supplementation but never remember to take it and honestly really noticed not too big of a difference with it which is probably why I never remember to take it.

so there..you have more info to go on

That would scare me. I'd bet you've got a good metabolism from working out, so you would also burn-off alcohol fairly fast.

As long as I space-out my drinks, I can drink tons and not even be slow the next day.

yeah, I've been thinking about that one lately because it has weirded me out a little bit

I also have noticed I respond very poorly to any sort of sugar or highly processed food.
Obviously one should try to avoid large amounts of alcohol and a diet high in processed food but it seems strange to me that I went from avg to almost no tolerance practically overnight.
It seems like I've had a sudden hard shift towards aging quickly and I'm not sure why.

but I also tend to be an anomaly with a lot of stuff and find that if I wait things usually pass
at one point I had ultra high test but perfectly normal ovaries..well before I ever started dabbling in anything hormonal

I haven't taken very good care of myself diet-wise over the years so I'm taking a harder look at micronutrients lately ... not to be new age-y but I'm certain the answer lies in there somewhere.
