Ok to inject EQ once a week??

If I am only doing 400mg/week is it ok to inject just once a week or should I split it up to twice a week??? Also running 500mg of Test E a week.

Injecting once a week for EQ is fine.

Ya its "fine" but may cause anxiety. I would split it up to two injects monday/thursday 250test and 200 EQ...I used to get anxiety when I didnt split up my EQ injects around week 4/5 and would have trouble sleeping too.
