I have seen your messages in the mod forum where they will hopefully be resolved. On a side note, you continued posts here do nothing but hurt the other MEMBERS by cluttering up the board, it does nothing with regards to mass quantities.

They had no trouble taking my credit card, a week and a half 40 mins calling emailing leaving voice messages and still no reply.

Damage control should resolve this issiue ASAP!

then and only until then will it drop..I can do some damage believe me.

I like the product the service SUCKS!

pay attention to those whom you make a living off of.
I have to sweat for my money not type or at least answer voice mail or e-mails which are all auto responce.

This is getting really old, probley will be deleated again to hide truth.

Good lord, how much does it taske to get human responce???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I can sypathize with your frustration and I AM NOT defending them. I am simply stating that if you feel posting here(aside from your fist one which was moved where someone will hopefully see it) is beneficial then you are sadly mistaken. The people who can help you rarely view the boards in general and they move so fast anyways that what you do post will likely not be seen even if the board was veiwed by them. Having siad that, all your doing by continually posting this on the AAS forum is making a ton of additional clutter for the other members to mull through, it does NOTHING to resolve your situation.

yes was told he's very busy dont own board no more even posted pics of packing slip (said vanillia) and the choclate triple threat 3/60 I recieved on intel cam. Their records show the last 4 or 5 tubs i bought in last 3 months was no choclate ever ordered!

even had my friends order his vanilla triple threat as I did a 6 page printout on it and braged it up and down, showing at gym and work to at least 10 people..........

Mods, is there any chance that you guys have a number we could call besides the regular number, because this is definately out of control now. I personally ordered "chemical wizardry" on June 20th, and i can't get through to no one to tell me what's up. I know that u guys can't do nothing, but is there anybody that u could email with your pull that could help us, or another number, or anything...thanx in advance for the help!!!

I for one dont have any information regarding contact info that you guys dont allready have. I am sorry your having problems and I beleive one of the other mods moved a post (or a copy of it) to the mod forum. From there it will hopefully be resolved, but as mods, there is nothing we can do. Its not like we are paid employee's or anything, we are just users like you guys that have access to certian features on the board to try and keep it running smoothly.

As mentioned, the post is in the mod forum which is going to be the most likely place it will be seen by someone who can help you. if you want to keep this post bumped, then go ahead, but please have a little respect for the other members (even if you dont have any for massq) and do not continue to start new threads on this same issue.

I believe George still owns the boards...but he does not own MQ anymore...
 
DG, i just emailed George telling about the problems we are having! I have a different email address that i don't post on elite. but when i get a reply, i'll post it on here. my advice to you is to keep emailing George, he'll eventually return the email, he's a good guy.

Zyg, right on, very well said.

Members, please understand, the main reason for moving his posts from this board to the mod board is so that they get noticed. I personally have not moved any of them, but will do so if the disruption continues.

The main reason for it is becuase it is in violation of the TOS. However, I think this message is recieved load and clear by not only you but others who have had this problem, myself included. MQ is a sponser and hopefully someone will fix your issue. I would suggest continuing to call, email and do everything else you can. We will try and bump the message on the MOD board to get the message read. Also, you may want to try emailing George himself.

Sorry you had problems brother, I have had them as well in the past. However, cluttering up the board with negative comments isnt going to help. Let the MODS help you, thats what we are here for.

Remember there are lawsuits and shit going on right now (see business week sticky) and they are concentrating on pressing issues. That is NOT an excuse and I would be pissed as you are.

We're sorry about that. Our warehouse messed up and over the past week or so, everyone who ordered Vanilla received Chocolate instead. Of course this falls on the same time that I was on vacation, so things became worse than they should have.

You can keep the Chocolate Triple Threat as an apology. We have shipped your Vanilla out and placed a $10 store credit in your account.

Again I apologize for not being able to respond sooner.
