I did my second inject today in my left delt. Well here is the thing when i get done with the inject and pulled the needle out a little bit of oil came back out the inject site not alot but i was mad i feel like i wasted some, has this happend to anyone else? and should i be worried? The needle i know was in deep enough i used my 1.5in 23g needle and had about a little more then a 1/4 in showing so it was deep enough no blood when aspirating the needle everything went good except for the oil coming out should i worry or just be pissed about a little bit of lost oil? happened to me before i doubt its something to worry about other than the fact that it pisses everybody off...ive always put pressure on the site immediately after the shot with a wet cotton ball, ive heard its better because it doesnt absorb nearly at all than if it were dry...i dunno maybe somethin to try

It's happened here too. Sometimes it can just be a little bit left in the needle, or sometimes a little following the needle back out...maybe from some suction from the withdrawal.

Well i used a wet alcahol pad to put pressure on it i just couldnt get it on fast enough i guess. i was like WTF is this shit.

true that could be. Ill tell ya what though tat needle went in like a hot knife in butter it scared me a little bit i barley pushed in i had the entire neddle in almost in my delt and its 1.5in but its all good i know its in there i can feel it lol.

Ill try that next time bro. Mabye that is where i fucked up because i pulled out to early Next time ill leave it in and make sure all liquids are used up lol.

Exactly......I always count to 15 after I have completed the shot. Then I pull the needle out. I was having the same problem before too. But just like 8and20 said that has always worked for me!

Good advice.

You may of pulled out before all of the oil was injected. I wouldn't hold it there for 30 seconds but definitely make sure you have pressed the syringe all the way down and hold it there for a second.

It was probably a little excess oil dripping out of the syringe. It probably looked like a hell of a lot more then it actually was but I'm sure it still pissed you off!
