I'm trying to figure out what I want to try next. I've taken Creatine- after a few cycles all it did was make me bloated, Ripped Fuel - took a small amount before workouts, gave me some extra giddy up but felt like my heart was going to explode after a few weeks, NO2 - I got a good bit of pump for a couple weeks after taking, but didn't seem to help to much after that, V12 - AHHHH wonderful saw immediate difference but after taking it two weeks I got very ill!! stopped for a month and exactly two weeks after starting again I was sick with the same thing (supposed toncilitis).. so any thoughs on whats in V12 that could have caused illness (I'm assuming lack of sleep had the most to do with it) and an alternative to this would be great, but I am of course open to other suggestions possibly some type of base form HGH? I'm not very familiar with other things outside of what I have already taken.. right now I'm just using glutamine and protein supps - need advice from some pros! Looking to gain some lean mass.
