Ok heres the deal before anybody says anything I'm not some kind of moron I obviously know that ciggerettes are extremly bad for you but how much will they affect your gains and your potential to put on lean mass. I mean i try and I try but I cant stop smokeing I eat right exercise every day but I just cant stop smokeing I mean i still see good progress with my gains but how much better could they really be if I was to stop smokeing?
