Ok smokeing how bad is it really?

Ok heres the deal before anybody says anything I'm not some kind of moron I obviously know that ciggerettes are extremly bad for you but how much will they affect your gains and your potential to put on lean mass. I mean i try and I try but I cant stop smokeing I eat right exercise every day but I just cant stop smokeing I mean i still see good progress with my gains but how much better could they really be if I was to stop smokeing?
 
if you think about it, every negative aspect of smoking also hinders size and strength gains. Decresing your appetite and harming your circulation probably being the two most obvious. If you cant quit completely try to limit it to 2 a day or something. Though anyone with strong enough will power can quit (been there)
 
Well, for me gear puts enough of a strain on my body, particularly my heart, for my liking. That's why I make an effort to be as healthy as possible and it pays off in gains and progress.
 
You "try" to quit?

Thats the problem. Don't "try".

TRYing anothing is BS.

Do it or dont, but dont "try" its a waste of time.

There is NO way to quantify smokings level of inhibition on physical adaptation.

Riker29 is dead on. At one time, I used to smoke two packs a day. When I quit, it was not a matter of "try." You just DO!

If you want to be cool, just pretend smoke. Brint it into your mouth, and push it through your nose. Then you get the 'cool' appearance with not all the drawbags of putting cigarette smoke in your lungs. You may even want to give a few fake coughs to show that you are for real.
