my stomach pains have gotten worse, much worse

I almost passed out like 3 or 4 times at work from the pain. I got home and pinched my stomach (like if I were doing a pinch test) and it hurt like a bitch. Like I had a huge ass pimple on my stomach, but it's like all over. I coughed up a little blood this morning, and if I lay down flat on my back it feels like a car just crashed into my stomach. I am regular so I know it has nothing to do with that, it's like the pain is in the center on my abs, on my 4th abs up. It is in the muscles and behind the muscles like on the organs. Wtf could be up? I never felt pain like this
