ok i posted here like a few months ago saying that due to my blue collar job, i get a lot of shit at work due mainly, too all of them being grumpy old farts. but this one guy gives me so much shit, hes pushed me, and hes thrown tools at me, hes even called me names like stupid, and midgit, things like that. he also tells the boss, that im lazy and had never works a real day in my life. like today, i went up to get some duk-tape, and he was useing it, so as soon as i walked in the door, he says, what do you want ?. and i look at the tape and said, im just after the tape, to tape up the nail boxs, then he fucking throws it out the door !and says there you go you spoild CHILD ! i sware i could feel my blood pressure raise. hes going to push me too far one day i know it. i recon i will get fired if i hit him. i need advise now, on what i can do to stop him acting like such a dick ! what can i do. please peeps.
.. ok... na im not picking fights , just over here in scotland its called being an "apprentice", and well alough im 18 and should be getting over 5 pound and hour. im only getting like 2.50, ! yeah i know ! i work like almost 40 hours working in mud rain, and lifting all day. and get fuck all for it. why i hear you ask ? because when i finish being a apprentice i get like 350.00 a week after tax. then work all hours of the day.,, anyway just i think apprentice's are saposed to take shit of these work men, but i think this guys is takeing it to far. anything that you can think of that wont get me put in jail ?
