OK my first real cycle

i am planning my first actual pin cycle. I have had several runs with mass fx, monsterdrol and havoc but now i want to take the next step. I am very nervous/excited so any input and critique will be great and go a longgg way.

week1-4 monsterdrol 40mg ED with liver supports
weeks 1-8 masteron 100mg EOD
weeks 4-8 winny 50 mg EOD
lipoflame weeks 1-4
ECA weeks 4-8

should I have some clomid on hand?

PCT: sustain alpha weeks 1-4
unleashed 2-6
maybe nolva 2-4 ??

I am trying to keep gains very dry and get cut up.

I am cutting cals down to 2300/day

i am currently 5'10 208lbs bf maybe 13% ??

I train ea body part atleast once sometime twice depending if im going heavy or for reps

i was on the fence about test cuz some other people i asked said stay away if you are trying to get cut n dry .. they said throw in test if your lookign to bulk .. but im not sure thats why I am here .. should i throw maybe 250mg of test per week 1-8
 
would armidex be wise to keep on hand as well ??

maybe dump the monsterdrol and add a wekkly inject of test ?? what would be the best one to use ??
 
test @ 250mg weeks 1-10

Should run winny a little longer and every day

Forget the monsterdrol. Test @ 250mg a week will preserve muscle mass if you keep bloat down you can still cut using test. Steroids build muscle. Test might cause a little bloat but thats what arimidex is for. And the bloat goes away (water not fat) when you stop taking the gear AND you should not see any fat gains with this cycle if your diet is right and you are running
 
yea tamoxifen and arimadex are always good to keep on had. if you want dry gains it dosent realy matter what you take. its about diet buddy. just throw in test at 250mg-500mg 10 weeks winny 50 eod last 6 weeks eca last 6 weeks and diet. imo 1st cycle should be all about size! try not to get fat but pack on the size. id throw in 30mg dbol ed aswell 1st 4 weeks. keep food clean and your good 2 go buddy
 
Yeah, a maintenance dose of test (250 mg per week) will keep your libido running smooth without any bloat. I personally would go ahead and do 500 mg per week.

I would keep everything the same but run either 250 or 500 mg test per week. I would have arimidex on hand just in case but with the mast and winny you won't have to worry about estrogen or bloat, they will keep you nice and dry. You'll be a fucking rock during that 4 weeks of overlap. Be careful of sore joints during that time. Don't want to get too dry.

would you suggest nolva in my pct with the test or will sustain with unleashed suffice?
 
have nolva on hand in case of gyno, honestly sustain alpha and unleashed are enough. Thats not a harsh cycle. Maybe get the testosterone recovery stack instead of just sus alpha.

Probably no point of getting arimidex, but again always good to have on hand. Dont need it on cycle though, maybe if you see a little bloat but you shouldnt with those compunds
 
Bro, definitely run 250mg of Test e/w!

Since it will be your first time running Test, you should grab some incredible lean gains. I put on 25 lean muscle with just 1cc of Test E and 1cc of Deca. Didn't really get bloated, just grew solid muscle. I did have some water weight, but it was so little that it didn't matter much. Keep in mind I increased my calories by maybe 40% and did absolutely 0 cardio and still was able to stay at 13% bodyfat! I was thinking it was guaranteed I'd come out a bloated fatso, but I look just how I did before the cycle, just much more jacked.

The test, winstrol, and ECA should make you a shredded beast.

The key is diet though. Seriously, chicken breast and egg whites for protein with a shake here or there. Brown rice, oatmeal, whole wheat breads, sweet potatos for carbs. Eat clean and you'll look ripped.

Goota agree with test in there, looks like you've got the diet
on point and BF looks good, I'm sure you're doing the right ammount of cardio for your goals. Test will be a nice addition.

Hey OneB;

If someone is running this cycle and training with a lighter weight/high rep deal, do you think there would still be a joint issue?

And if so could you throw in something like glycosomine? (SP?)
 
yea over the last year or so i gut my diet down pat .. i take glucosmine daily with my vitamins so im good there.. thanks for all the input
