Its been a week almost since my order...and nothing. I check my mail eveyrday and nothing... tonight I get an email saying theyre slow and apologize and I get 5 % DISCOUNT....wooopeee useless....
Get your act together...
I post here because the customers need to know....

- receiving and e-mail apologizing for the delay, is very,very,very NICE, and VERY professional.
-5% discount is again, VERY nice. they dont have to offer you anything.




sounds to me like you've never ordered anything from the internet.

I get what you are saying bro...they do have a 3-5 day delivery most of the time and I think we all get spoiled by it some times...so a week dos suck..I do know they were out of stalk for a bit though.I also know that they are at the mercy of the us postal service as well and if they suck it makes them look bad as well...i think a discount was nice though and I also feel if omega feels you are really not happy he would go to the ends of the earth to make you happy "with in reason" because he is a great guy and one of the most trusted of any guy I know.

I still do feel where you are coming from bro.I know you will change your mined once you start using your product though..

as a head chef I know my customers can always find a problem like with the service or the app or something but I put out a good product and work hard to give good service so in the end the over all experience pleases them much like the way omega is with his biz.

you will be pleased bro.
 
We sold out of LIPOFLAME and got back about 10 days ago and have been catching up since


dont be mad you just caught us at a time where we sold out and then had to catch up

You are right to be Upset,

I just assumed people knew that the selling out and replenishment of stock would not equate to IMMEDIATE delivery.

and we also should have kept a notice in our AGX news at www.AGXsports.com

If you want a refund you will get it so long as it has not shipped.

the buck stops with me so I can take care of you just give till END of this week if you have NOT received yet.
