ok ladies need your help for my friend

alright when it comes to myself i know what my body needs when it comes to diet and exercise, now a good friend of mine needs help putting together a diet and with females i don't even know where to begin with caloric intake P/C/F per day....so i have come to ask you wonderful folks for some help.:)

Her stats are:
5'11
185
Bf - not tested but from my look,the 20-25% range

she'd like to lose some weight to help her feel better about herself and look good for summer soooo any help ya'll could provide would be much appreciated :)

Has she been training at all? How much cardio has she been doing? How bad has her diet been up to this point?
 
spatts, you are looking at a fresh slate, she only does cardio 3x a week and track practice, but eats like mcdonalds,etc :( but i made her realize she needs to change if she wants to be happy with herself and so shes given me the full access pass to change everything and she has the will to do it now.... hope this helps...maybe not

shes 18, she throws discus and shot, practices are mon/wen/friday, only weight training are power exercises such as squats, deads, power cleans and bench ....and i wish she did have a puter cause i would introduce her to all you lovely folks ;)
