Ok, its just another "what the hell is wrong with my elite mail" thread

sorry, but i'm wondering if its my comp. or its just a glitch. once i enter my password it displays this screen that says something to the effect of "cannot connect to server" and "you probably are using an older version of Microsoft's blah blah blah *enter more computer jargon*** then when i downloaded this software it says i needed....BLAMO!.....i got nothing. any ideas? anyone else goin through this? Good night all.
