OK...if you had........

EQ, Winny, Test 400, Sus250 and Deca and wanted to run two differeent 10 week cycles...one to pack on lean mass and the other during a cutting phase, which combo would you make?

I plan on cranking the cals, carbs, fats and protein till I'm sick for 10 weeks, train 4x week and do cardio 1-2 times a week THEN

hit a CKD, no carbs, flax, olive and ANPB....along with high protein and 1 carb up.......training 4x a week and doing cardio x 6.....thoughts?
 
Bulking.....Test, EQ
Cutting.....Test, EQ, Winny

I'm not a fan of deca......it really doesn't matter what you run when cutting or bulking.....diet is gonna be the key.....
 
assuming you meant 250 for the bulker? How many MG's? of each? 6'2..190....5th cycle......9%bf.......training intense for 7 years.....off and on for 10...........

5th cycle and only 190 at 6'2". Not being funny, but what weight did you start at? I've done 3 cycles, one of which was completey bunk, and I'm 190, 9% at 5'10".

Not flamin bro, just thought that anybody that has done 4 or more cycles should certainly be over 200lbs, especially at your height.
 
havent hit a cycle in 4 years....cut from a chunky 14-15% 225 to a ripped 185 for a show.....slowly putting the lbs back on........weight doesnt mean jack bro.....my strength is still there.....isnt sumo wrestling..........

Fair enough, was just curious. However 'weight deosn't mean jack', well it does when you've given a bf%. 'Strength is still there' - strength is directly proportional to muscle size, more muscle, more weight!
 
I have to agree with kurz about the weight. I good friend always said fuck what you weigh it's how you look and feel. You'll now when your growing and not just putting on fat. Meaning you should know what kind of gains your making everytime you cycle.
