EQ, Winny, Test 400, Sus250 and Deca and wanted to run two differeent 10 week cycles...one to pack on lean mass and the other during a cutting phase, which combo would you make?
I plan on cranking the cals, carbs, fats and protein till I'm sick for 10 weeks, train 4x week and do cardio 1-2 times a week THEN
hit a CKD, no carbs, flax, olive and ANPB....along with high protein and 1 carb up.......training 4x a week and doing cardio x 6.....thoughts?
