OK, I bought STE...

I debated for a while of getting in TTN or STE. STE looks like they have a better chance of making a deal with the USPS...

"Steris, which sterilizes medical equipment, has talked to the Postal Service about irradiating some mail at Steris' 15 US facilities, says CEO Les Vinney. That could start almost immediately.

And about a dozen companies are interested in using Steris facilities to irradiate mail, Vinney says. He would not disclose the cost but said a business could spend several million dollars to build its own irradiation hub. It would then have to pay Steris as much as a few million more to operate it.

But industry officials say it would be impractical for firms to irradiate their own mail. They say the task is best handled by a hub, such as the Postal Service.

Titan says it's developing small radiation equipment that it could install on some Postal Service conveyor belts in 2 months. Irradiating all mail could add about a penny to the cost of delivering a letter, says Titan CEO Gene Ray."
