ok how many bros occassionally eat a peanut butter sandwich before bed while on?

I have been eating a sandwich now and then with no change in waist size anyone else eat peanut butter before bed somtimes ? This Eq makes me feel like I am empty all the time so I have been filling it even after a big juicy steak

i dont like to eat carbs before bed, i tend to throw in a pound steak or a few chicken breasts

No but last night I had 40 oreos, a gallon of chocolate milk, a tub of dreyers dreamery Ice cream and about half a jar of grape jelly.

I dont know why but i too love to have a peanut butter sandwich.....usually ill have like 3 and it fills me up.....sometimes ill eat when im not hungry and after that ill get very hungry...
