i am the biggest loser on ef. i can't believe that i wasted my time reading every thread in this post. although entertaining at times, i find it hard to believe that the admins havent moved this over to c&c. i think it would be a good policy for everyone to do what your mommas and pappas told ya "if you don't have anything nice to say,be quiet." it is okay to point out if someone is giving out bad info because people's lives could be at risk. but personal attacks and name calling is childish.
a majority of the people who come to ef are either 1) newbies like myself interested in learning more about fitness, i.e diet excercise and aas or 2) vets who spend thier valuable time being good bros and helping poor schmucks like me.
if you want people to respect you and trust your information then this back and forth bickering doesn't help your case. i think that some of the guys who are involved in some of this drama probably have a lot of knowledge to pass on. it would be a shame if you were remembered for being involved in horseshit all the time rather than giving great advice or even putting a smile on some good bro's faces every once in a while. peace

Ever try the Tabasco Habanero? That stuff will make you shit firecrackers. Key Lime Pie Rocks-After seeing Mickey Knox in Natural Born Killers order it I had to try it. Great-but always different. It's never bad though.

I second that... just become part of the community and contribute. As for handing out respect - I don't roll that way. Everyone starts off even in my book. You gain respect by the quality of your posts and your demeanor when challenged. Educational debate is fine and encouraged from my stance. Being belligerent and argumentative has no place on this, or any, board. So, the message orginally posted in this thread is useless in my book. Let's all move on and help one another and stop all the drama...
