OK...heres my new home office.

Nice! I've seen your posts about being into home improvement stuff. This is a great example.

Are you rehabbing your house one room at a time? What other parts have you done? I did my house a few years ago but the work just never ends, there's always siomething to do. Again, great job! I love the furniture colors.

Thanks man. And yeah, I'm doing it one room at a time....I was almost done with the guest bath, but I cut the top shower rail too short and ordered the wrong part from the wrong company (long story)...thats when I got the idea to do the office. Next is the Master bath and Master Bedroom. I also got a guy thats gonna prep my basement for a bath and install the fixtures for $1800 (I know this guy from work....excellent pipefitter/liceneced plumber)...the first quote I got was $5000!!!

I'll keep you updated with PM pics if your interested. I haven't really done anything else though, because the house is less than 6 years old and I wanted it to settle before doing anything major. I did however frame the entire basement though...no nails, all 2 3/4" deck screws. Wired it all 20A, 12 AWG. 100% to NEC specs. Solid as a rock. I'll probably drywall it in the spring.

Wow, that's awesome. Do you have plans for the walls? One of my friends did his den and got someone in to paint gravestones, ghouls, skulls, snakes on his walls.

The chair looks very nice.

Probably gonna keep the walls basic...but my chair DOES rule. It reclines, goes up and down and spins and shit.

I wish we could have basements here, but they'd all be indoor pools after each rainfall.

Nice. Post up the other pics when you get them. We love seeing that stuff and commenting.

Are your hands and forearms sore from all the screws? Geez thats alot of work putting that furniture together. Looks cool! I especially like the color of your walls, slick!!!!! I have a really nice office, but since I have wireless so I don't spend time in it, and I work from home.... I end up at the kitchen table with my laptop, go figure.
