OK. Here we go....HELP WITH CYCLE!
Alright fellas, its time. This will be my first real cycle. Ive messed around with dbols before but I had no idea what I was doing and I didnt get past 3 weeks. This is what Im thinking. dianabol and deca. deca= 300mg/cc dbolo= pink thai 5mg. Now, what I need to know is the best way to take them. I have a pretty good idea but I would like some input from people who actually know what they are doing.
what do I need for the sides?
when and how much?
other supplements?
22, 5'10" 190-195lbs 10%bf
food intake looks like this everyday...
2-3 chicken breasts
6oz of sirloin steak or grownd
1 1/4 cup oatmeal
2-4 whole eggs
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
100g of fat free cheese
2-4 slices rye bread
1-2 yogurts
1-3 glasses of milk
couple tbls peanut butter
rice, potatoes or pasta with each meat meal
veggies
1 can of beans
blueberrys
supplements=
whey preotein: 120g in 3 servings
creatine: 10g in 2 servings. 40g dextrose in each serving
arginine: 6g 2 servings
ALA: 400mg 2 serving
glutamine: 15g 3 servings
Tribulus and long jack product
multi
bcaa: 5g
