My workout goes like this
Chest Calves
Back
Tri Calves
Bi's Forearm
Legs
Shoulders Traps
Try to do Abs 3 day a week
I never miss a workout its not based on a weekly thing I workout in this order weather I miss 1 day or a week.
Nutrition
Six meals a day
550 to 600 Calories per meal ( Trying to hit 3,300 3,500 cal. At my current weight 214 lbs.)
Gram of Protein About 220 to 260 a day not weekends
Carbs should be around 700 a day
Sugars around 150 a day
Water 1 Gal a day
so i plan on taking cypionate i have 20 ml. @ 200 mg.
and i have Deca 20 ml. @ 200mg.
I also have Clomid for post cycle
I will post current picks of me tonight i'm nothing realy to look at but i plan on changing that.
