Mine is to enjoy and appreciate the hell out of everything and everyone in my life. I feel like I've been so busy with work/school for the last 18 months I've missed out on just enjoying my life.

I certainly want to improve physically too but I also want to find a balance between being healthy and being laid back enough not to freak out if I want to go out to dinner with my family etc.

One thing i have learnt that works for me, Never use the word WANT, because if u do all u ever get is wanting to do something and never actually doing it
When u use the word I AM GOING TO FIND THAT BALANCE, I AM going to spend more time with my Family, believe u me, u do it and it works, the (I AM ) IS such a powerful statement, the universe, cant deny u it and has to respond to your command, soo next time try and say with Meaning also
