I have a new job and can not make the gym in the morning, so I try to go around 8'0clock at night because after work at 6 the place is a fucking zoo but this 5 days a week kills me..I'm looking for a good every other day split.Any suggestions would be appreciated

MADCOWS 5x5 is the only thing you should be looking at - the split is important but what exercises you do is more important - try doing squats, deads, militarys, bench,chins, and rows
