Decide my next cycle that will start next week!

I Want your feedback, opinions, critiques, and design of my next cycle. I want to see what everyone comes up with… I have all the gear listed below. I know I cant do it all in 1 cycle, but would like to put a good deal of it to work..

Here is a quick background on me and my previous AAS cycles. I have done at least 8 cycles from the age of 18 – 28. After my last cycle 4 years ago, I started a new business and was working 18+ hours a day, thus I stopped working out, taking any supplements, eating VERY bad and drinking… I gained a lot of weight and my metabolism really slowed down. I got out of shape.

Previous AAS cycles looked similar to this:

10 - 12 Weeks long
* Test @ 1000-1500mg’s weekly
* Deca or Eq @ 400 – 600mgs weekly
* D-bol or Anadrol @ 50-75mg daily (1st 4 weeks of cycle)
* Winni Tabs @ 50mgs daily (last 4 weeks of cycle)

Most of the cycles looked something like this, give or take a few things here or there. I never watched what I ate or even thought about protein intake ect.. I just ate whatever I could and as much as I could… I was a VERY skinny guy and always wanted to grow, always eating large amounts of calories, fat, weight gainer shakes. Ect…

I got back in the gym 2 months ago (After almost 4 years off) and actually started dieting for the 1st time in my life 5 weeks ago. My diet now is very clean IMO and I have been loosing weight fast! I do on average about an hour to an hour & fifteen minutes of low intensity cardio a day (30 minutes in the morning before meal 1 and 45 minutes evening). I workout 5 days a week and do cardio 7 days. I am currently on T-3 and Clen. I am doing a 3 week cycle of T-3 (Currently only on day 5). So far in 5 weeks through a good diet, cardio & clen – I have lost 22lbs.

The T-3 cycle looks like this: Days 1-3 @ 25mcg / Days 4-6 @ 50mcgs / Days 7-9 @ 75mcgs / Days 10-12 @ 100mcgs / Day 13-15 @ 75mcgs / Days 16-18 @ 50mcgs / Days 19-21 @ 25mcgs

Here are my stats:

33 years old

Current: 6’6 268lbs somewhere around 16% +/- body fat.

5 weeks ago: I was 6’6 290lbs and around 23%+/- (I am guessing on the body fat %)

10 Years ago: I was 6”6 205lbs and around 7-8% body fat


Here is what I want to do: I want run a 20 - 24 week cycle. I want to loose some more body fat, but put on more weight…. I want to suck my waist in some more, but fill everything else out. I want to put on quality muscle… I have wide shoulders and would like to throw mass on the frame. I plan on keeping my diet roughly the same, but may need to add some more carbs, protien? Please advise on that too..

Here is the gear I have access to: (I like to take a lot of gear at high mg’s, so list what you would take mg wise if you had more than enough of each, but be realistic too)

• Test Cyp @ 200mg
• Test Enanthate @ 200mg
• Test Blend (Sostenon Blend) @ 250mg
• Winni @ 50mg
• Masteron @ 200mg
• Anavar Pills @ 25mg
• Primobolan Pills @ 25mg
• Anadrol Pills @ 50mg
• Deca @ 200mg
• Tren Acetate @ 75mg

Armidex at .25 daily or .50 EOD

*** I really want to throw the anadrol in for the 1st 3-4 weeks of the cycle to jump star everything… I am just nervous about regaining a lot of fat or bloat from it. Can a clean diet negate the sides of the anadrol?


Here is my current Diet: (What do I need to change, add or take away when adding the gear listed above)

Meal 1: 8 Egg Whites / ¾ cup of Oats / Coffee
Meal 2: Protein Shake (60 grams protein, 4 carbs)
Meal 3: 7oz Cooked Chicken / 1 Cup of Rice
Meal 4: Protein Shake (60 grams protein, 4 carbs)
Meal 5: 10 oz Cooked Steak or Chicken / Salad w/ 1oz fat free dressing
Meal 6: Protein Shake (60 grams protein, 4 carbs)

Curently 1 cheat meal per week, but will be cutting that out when starting AAS

* No soduim in diet

** 1 – 1 ½ Gallons of water daily
** EFA’s
** Multi Vitamin’s
** Digestive Enzymes with every meal
** Milk Thistle
** Glutamine

I think I covered everything…. Now critique away, offer advice and decided my next cycle that will start next week. (Sorry for the long post!!!!)

holy shit dude... thats a lot o fuckin questions... one thing i noticed is u dont have any fats in ur diet. need some peanut butter or olive oil in there. cant tell u shit about the cycle. 20-24 weeks, phew. i guess test, deca, anadrol at begining, anavar or winny or masteron or primobolan or tren at end. u decide on dosages.
