-1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight every day MINIMUM, preferably 2g per pound...with good complex carbs
-BCAA before and during workout (AminoVital Pro is a good one)
-glutamine, creatine ethyl ester, R-ALA, and waxy maize immediatelly post-workout
-a pure whey isolate 20 minutes after the post-workout recovery drink (best one you can afford)
That'd do the trick if you're training hard and sleeping enough at night.
