my diet is in place, i do cardio 4x a week

sometimes my body hits a wall and when i jump on redline it gets my head back in the game, ramps my workouts, heats me up, heart rate goes up, and i literally watch the fat fall off

btw my bf was 17+% in jan now im at 11 and its just gotten a bit tougher to drop now and want to try otc a lil bit more before clen
