I don't know who the hell you are, but you just really pissed me off. At least have enough guts to sign your karma. And you know what, maybe that one murder isn't a whole hell of a lot to you, but that guy they killed was a friend of mine. And he was a complete sweetheart to everyone he met, and didn't deserve to get killed at 19 so that 2 guys could rob a bank and get money. So maybe, it's nothing life altering in the world, but you know, he was a good guy, and he's going to be really missed. Asshole.

Karma I just received: "a dark cloud for something as insignificant as that!? what a fucking drama queen you are. in my school at least 10 kids would get shot a day. half the senior class died before graduation!!! your little one murder aint shit ya bitch!!!"

It's not the fact that I received negative karma. Just how damn insensitive this prick is, is what's bothering me. Everyone waited 3 1/2 damn months before his body was ever found. We just had to wait and wonder. And now, we know, and a lot are hurting. And this asshole decides that one death isn't significant enough?
 
If you can't take the rockin'-n-rollin' of the boat, you sure as hell shouldn't be listing personal experiences like the death of friends on a chat board.

The problem isn't that you expect too much, it's that you expect *anything* other than entertainment from a chat board.

The neat surprises like making a genuine friend or meeting someone cool are just that, surprises.

People today expect too much from the internet. They expect it to replace a part of their emotional/social structures that can only truly be had in the real world.
 
I don't expect the internet to replace anything Code. THat would be foolish. I've got a healthy grasp on reality and healthy relationships with people that I actually know. Imagine that.
