Probably the same way as anyone else...she puts the bar on her back, goes down, and comes back up.

Hell, one of the girls that trains with us has been powerlifting since last August, and has a 1RM of about 300.
 
It follows that women have a hip structure well suited to squatting and lower body strength.

Taps I squatted 345 below parallel 7/28/03. I basically trained my legs like a powerlifter for the seven months prior to that. I used a wide PL stance but no belt or knee wraps. I paid for it later with chronically achy knees for months. Fell with the bar last Nov, hurt my back pretty good. Even if I tried now I'm sure I couldnt squat 305.
