Ok Another Damn Hair Loss Question...Please Help

Alright I know you guys are a lot more knowledgable than I am so sorry if anyone has answered this in the past but does finastride or propecia negitively affect test-e, deca, winny, dbol or tren?

If so please post any alternatives you would suggest or if anyone has any good suggestions regarding this please let me know. I am very prone to losing hair and I'm ok with losing some but I just don't want to be 24yrs old just finishing my first elaborate stack and be completely bald.

In case it matters my cycle is going to be 15wks long and the amounts are as follows.

dbol 40mg/ed 1-4
Test-e 500mg/wk 1-15
deca 600mg/wk 1-15
and either winny or tren @ 100mg/ed 8-16
16-24 Pct w/ hcg, nolva, and clen.

first of all, if you are prone to mpb dont use the winny. Secondly if your going to be using propecia DO NOT use deca, dbol is also a hair shredder IMO. For me a good test & EQ stack works well and I dont loose too much hair, hope this helps.

Have you lost hair with Dbol and not with EQ? How much EQ you running? I am off the EQ till the next cycle. I was only running 200mg which I understand is not enough anyway. I am **EXTREMELY** prone to MPB. I take dutasteride so I'm not worried about sustanon.

I took dbol for a while and got massacred. What a dumbass I was.

What are your training goals? If you need speed, forget finasteride altogether, since it slows down nerve conduction velocity. I have a reference for this from Biochemist Pat Arnold, but I can't lay my hands on it right now.

Fergie is on the right track. Propecia only works with test. With nandrolone it has a reverse effect. Not much is known about the 5ar enzyme and tren. I recently ran across some new information (although not yet validated) that suggest that tren is unaffected by 5ar, and thus, has no effect either way by using it in conjuction with propecia. This is also true for all DHT derivitaves such as winny, halo, etc. DHT derivitaves seem to be harsher on the hair than other compounds. Primo, which is a DHB derivative, has caused problems for some, but is usually pretty mild on hair. Deca alone, test/propecia, and anavar are generally safe. I'm thinking about stacking deca and anavar on my next cycle.

From what I've read about finasteride, it's a mixed bag. While it does help reduce hair loss, it can have negative consequences as well. In a nutshell, what finasteride does is block the conversion of testosterone to DHT (dihydrotestosterone). DHT is a potent androgen that is responsible for lots of processes, including undesirable ones like aggravating MPB, but also important ones like ensuring that not too much testosterone is converted to estrogen ("aromatized"). So if too little DHT is available because it's being blocked by the finasteride, the testosterone/estrogen balance can be tipped in favor of estrogen. Too much estrogen is clearly bad news. Of course, many bodybuilders are using antiestrogens concomitantly, so the whole chemical mix becomes more complicated.

Well it is definitely clear that Deca + finasteride is really bad news for your hair **IF** you have MPB.

2 years ago i did a cycle of deca and anavar..to conbat hairloss i took 1mg finasteride a day....realy nice gains...other people noticed i had put on mass...but oh boy i was shedding like crazy

It does not reduce to DHT, it reduces to DHB in very minimal amounts. Propecia will have little to no effect in stopping EQ hair loss. It will not have a reverse effect though and would be safe to take if stacking with test. It just won't stop it if it's from the EQ.

So in all the posts I'm still not clear on what, if anything stops DHB related hair problems. Would Saw Palmetto help it? If not what then? Is there any other compound that will cause DHB probs?

Primo is a DHB derivative and causes shedding for some. It seems to be random with EQ. Saw Palmetto has other modes of action besides 5ar inhibition, but they aren't totally clear from current research. It may help in another way, but it's hard to say at this point in its research. Topical spiro can be used with any gear, although its effectiveness seems to be minimal. My guess is that EQ causes TE in most cases, and there's really nothing you can do to stop that. TE will usually grow back though.

good post. i have eq and really want to run it, but im scared for my head too. i've been on propecia for bout 4 moths and while i may not have the hairline i did when i was 12, i certainly have a full head of hair. i just dunno if i want to risk it again.

I'm kind of nervous about EQ too. I have 100 ml's of boldenone 200 though, and I'm sure it's only a matter of time before I'm sucked in.

deca, if i wasnt on propecia i'd opt for deca. but in the end if your prone to mpb any steroid can reek havok
