Accutane is good but spendy...try taking a bath with 1/4 cup of clorox...It will help dry the skin up...I do this about every 3 days...Has been helping a lot...
Accutane is good and it's what I use. Also try and get a prescription for Erythromycin from your doctor. Take a nice shower soon after your workouts to keep your skin from getting too oily.
