OHP Day

Awesome brother!!! Your still training hard despite your injury, I knew it wouldnt effect your upper body lifts. Keep getting strong as fuck!!!!!!
 
Thats a kick ass incline considering you did OHP first! Awesome..

Question though...Do you believe that doing 5x3 is more for strength than size? It seems to me that you wouldn't gain much size from that?

thanx man. 5X3, 5X5, 2X10 all depends on the individual and what works best for them. I work best with 1-5 reps.

I am not sure about size bc I am not concerned with it.
