Oh Sh#$ Help HGH concern ... F#$%

I was told serono HGH when mixing you need to let the water into the vial
slowly and you can not hit the waffer directly.. or else the vial is wasted...

How much of this info is real.... F@#%$ i hope i did not mess this shit up..

you also should not shake it! you need to roll it between your hands instead.

If the HGH looks cloudy... kinda like seawater, then it's been spoiled.

If it's crystal clear with a few bubbles at the top, then its all good
