hey burning - I don't mean that it was airbrushed in a way to fake out anything, but the way her skin is smooth and the colors are, it is sort of blurry and smooth and the colors blend... it is a sign that something has been "soaped" - there is a plug in for photoshop claled kai's soap or something like that, used to be a spin off of the power tools that he made.
when it first came out, all of these guys were reposting playboy photos and other assorted porn shots that were soaped, and they generally just look better - and they look just like this. it got to the point where I think playboy was doing it automatically, at least for the web shots.

you can get a similar effect with diffuse light, but I'd bet my nuts this was run through soap.
