Got 2k dbols in (Happy dance), but I have no clue what kind they are? Can someone identify these... White, triangle on the face, fairly thin.

I think they are either Russian or ROMANIAN, but can someone pin these down for sure. Also, are they considered a fairly safe buy as far as counterfeits are concerned?
