Been a while since I have popped in here life has changed alot started a company and had a child. Looking to get back on the horse.
 
What are your thoughts on the following 8 week cycle
Test prop- 300 mgs week
NPP - 300mgs week
Mast ace - 300 mgs week

Currently sitting at 6'0 205 lbs 12% BF
Looking to maintain size, gain strength and lose fat. If I could stay around 200-205 that would be fine
 
Oh and 31 years old. Been in the gym for 10+years consistantly. Just been eating alot of pizza and drinking too much beer lately. That's all been straitened out now been eating clean and going hard for the past month

Honestly bro, soundz like u got mlre exp than me so vonna leave that one to the vets.
 
im here brother... i like your stack a lot... the only thing i would change is to bump mast to at least 500-600 mg week... its not as beneficial at a higher body fat but you are close to where you need to be for it to shine

The cycle itself looks fine. Test and NPP are very estrogenic so make sure to add in an AI.

Thank you all for the response. 3 days in and feeling good. Diet has been around 3000 calories a day. Lots of animal protein, good carbs like rice, sweet potatoes and oats, plenty of broccoli ect. I can get more specific if requested.

I have aromasin, nolvadex, and some of the old n2bm supplements I had stored away. So far I am just taking a light dose of aromasin each injection day. Eod

I have 3 bottles of the origional helladrol too but I think I'll save it for another time.

I am doing 30 min cardio a day. 15 of which is intervals on treadmill, bike or hill sprints if weather is nice. (Starting to get cold as balls here in alberta already)
Upper body, lower body split.
Always hammer out the compound lifts first. Usually about 1hr 15 min of iron and 30 cardio per day.

Example of training today
: 30 on treadmill
5 sets of 5 reps deadlifts (worked up to 375x5)
5 sets of 5 reps front squats - worked up 225x5 (barely)
5 sets of 5 reps back squats - worked up to 315x4 ...5th rep I fear I would have failed or herniated lol
3 sets dumbell stiff legged deads - worked up to 110lb dbls x8 ( 5 reps wasnt enough)
3 sets hamstring curl machine - dont remember weight but did 20+ reps until hamstrings were melting.
 
Update - was a very nice afternoon so I went on a bike ride. Pedaled through the trails for about 30 minutes. I know its early but I feel great and can already feel the fast acting gear. I've used alot in the past so I can tell it isn't placebo. This is my first cycle in a long time.. couple years

Good upper body push day today.
Started with 30 min on treadmill

Rotary cuff warm up for 5 minutes
Seated DB shoulder press - 4 sets of 8 reps. Worked up to 65s x8 (not my best performance left shoulder felt a little sore I probably should have backed off)
Flat bench press - 5 sets of 5 worked up to 225x5 (this felt better on my shoulder)
Body weight dips - 4 sets till failure (12-15 reps)
Side and rear delts raises ( 4 sets of each with light weight high reps to failure)
Heavy side delts swings ( 45s till failure - 3 sets)
Side delts machine - 3 sets with pause at top.. 12 ish reps

10 minutes of various ab work. Planks, and leg raises

Things to note. None really still feeling good, diet is solid no slip ups, if anything I felt a little light headed today like i should have ate more. Last nights bike ride was fairly physical so maybe created a higher demand for carbs.
It's another 20 degree day today so I may sneak in another pedal bike ride this afternoon. One thing I have noticed is my legs and lower back are savage and my upper body is where I am lacking.

Also the test and masteron must be working I have had a zillion ragers all last night and this morning.
 
Went for pedal bike mania again tonight is it ok to have 2 chest meals a week vs one ? Only reason I ask is I am hungry. Cheat meal being something like single serving of wings and a burger for dinner then omitting night snack.

One thing I have noticed now is my conditioning is as good as when I was 190. Its just the strength lacking atm but I feel I will gain it back with continuous iron sessions. I think cardio is good to be strong at as it feeds oxygen and blood to the muscles. But I am no expert

dont confuse hunger for needing food. there is a difference.
 
Thank you for the replies. I held off and had my regular meals and feel fine. I guess when I feel tired or weak would be a time to up carbs during my regular meals vs just feeling hungry.

Diet yesterday-

Morning drink and walk 7 am - apple cider vinegar, one scoop carnitine, one scoop Bcaa

breakfast 9 am- half cup oats, half cup blueberries, 2 scoops arbonne chocolate protein, 2 tablespoon shredded coconuts, cinnamon
Mixed with water and consumed

Gym 10 am - 11:30 am

12:30 PM- 6 oz salmon, 4 rice cakes, cup of broccoli

3 PM- 1 quest bar 1 banana

6 PM - 8 oz chicken , cup of rice , steamed broccoli and mushrooms

9 PM- cup of cottage cheese , 2 tbsp peanut butter.

I love that 'on' feeling.

It's something only a lifter understands. Try to describe it to any non lifter and they will have no idea what you're talking about
 
Yesterdays workout was nothing special. I was rushed for a lunch meeting so I did not get as much done as I would have liked .

30 min uphill walking
Squats - 225x8 x 5 working sets
Leg press - 6 plates a side for 12 reps x 5 sets. First few sets I hit 15 reps last few were 10
Deadlift - 315x8 x 5 sets (wasnt planning to do these but just got an urge.. depressing part was some jacked up orientle chick came and deadlifted the same weight next to me.)

30 minute afternoon bike ride.

I had my Saturday night cheat meal. Wish I hadnt. Woke up feeling salt bloat and dehydrated. It's funny how when your not healthy those dirty meals dont bother you but after a month of being healthy eating a shit meal makes you feel like shit. Oh well I am at the gym now today to make myself pay for my poor decision making.

Good workout today.

Ran my fat cheat meal having ass off for 30 min until I was gassed
Incline bench - 135 x 15 x 5 sets. This was hard I had to pause on last few reps then go again to hit 15.
Incline dumbell flys - 45 lbs x 12 reps x 4 sets. Focused on deep stretch at bottom
Incline db press - 4 sets of 8 with the 70s.
Seated chest press - 4 sets x 12 reps. Dont recall exact weight. Did a 5th set with machine almost maxed out for 5 tough reps
Body weight dips - 4 sets x 8. Pecs and shoulders were destroyed it was hard to even do one rep

30 min bike ride out in the sun.

Feeling good now.

Narrow grip pull downs
4 sets of 12 super set with bent over flys

DB rows - 4 sets x 5 reps 100 lbs

Tbar rows - 4 sets 4 plates x 5 reps

Seated cable rows - 4 sets 12 reps superset with face pulls

Wide grip pull downs- 4 sets 12 reps

Lots of plank, leg raises, situps
 
Sorry been away for a while but still going strong. I dropped the NPP and am just using test and mast now.

Update - morning weight 209 and abs are showing. Chest and shoulders looking larger than ever.

Today's workout-

30 min cardio on bike

Shoulders
Dumbell press ! Worked my way up to 85x5 for 5 sets.
This is a good number for me. Goal is to do the 100s one day

Tons of side delt raises and rear delt flys

Standing military press 135 x 10x8x8x7. Nothing impressive but shoulders were on fire.

Bodyweight dips 4 sets to failure.

Dumbell shrugs - 115s x failure x 4 sets. Was able to do 12-15 reps. My traps have gotten massive

Did some hanging leg raises and bodyweight planks 4 sets.

Think that's about it. Will update again tomorrow after back days

Just another quick update. I have decided to end my cycle as with Christmas coming up I feel my work schedule and travelling to see family may make the pinning frequency a challenge.

I ended my cycle at 212 lean pounds! I am completely satisfied and plan to continue to stay active in the gym and get even leaner with the glycogen and water weight coming off cycle.

All of my lifts are significantly up , abs are fully out and I have made upper body shoulder gains that I have never seen on myself in my 12+ years of lifting. I think my previous problem was I didnt hit them often and directly enough.

This latest cycle has reminded myself of my love for the gym and I do not intend on falling back into lazy habits. I have been receiving compliments everywhere I go about how fit I am looking and it feels good. Not so much the attention but the fact that my plan worked and I succeeded.

Once my Pct is finished I will be doing another cycle but with long esters and running 8-12 weeks depending on how I feel.
Probably test e 250 / week, mast e 500/ week and eq 400/ week. Something along those lines. Maybe anavar beginning And end I havent fully decided yet.

Thanks to all who commented I plan to hang around the board here alot more often !
