office pools for NCAA tourny.. how does this work?

For example I picked Indiana to play USC in the 2nd round and for Indiana to win. Well, Indiana won the second round but they played UNCW instead of USC. Do I still get points for this round?

yes you still get the points for Indiana's win. If your pool is like everyone elses, you get more points for wins in later rounds, For instance---1st round correct picks=......2points////////// 2nd round...... 4 points//////////sweet 16....6points, ect

My bracket was looking good until yesterday. I picked Kent State AND Mizzouri to go to the sweet 16, I thought I was money until Georgia and Miss St lost, I had both in the ELITE 8
