Offensive lineman(strength) cycle?

Hey

I am 6'5 275lbs and am about 17 pbf. I need to put on a good 15-20 lbs of lean mass. I am an offensive tackle at the college level. Any suggestions? I need to be able to continue my conditioning as well. is this a problem? I am a noob at this so ur patience is appreciated.

You're 17% bf, you can easily drop down to 10-12% bodyfat and bulk naturally. At 275lbs., I doubt you've reached your genetic limit, so you can bulk up to at least 290lbs. easily.
 
use prop with var/dbol or tbol for 6weeks dont use deca will stay in you too long short acting stuff with short detetion times and eat.

I said you can, it doesn't mean he has to. Ideally, the road for him is to bulk up by eating, there is no need for AS, he's already a big guy. Offseason he can try to cut bodyfat% some, if he wants to.
 
yeah my brother was too "goody-goody"
he'd get hurt and miss a month
if he had juiced even mildly off season he could have avoided some injuires perhaps or recovered better

i played rugby for a team the top national division until i 18 then got injured and quit but everyone there who juiced (i knew of about 3 people im sure there were more tho) juiced in the off season there are less tests and you dont have injuries from games setting you back.

bro if you do juice a) dont get caught b) dont tell anyone, not even you best friend or your pet fish c) take short acting roids
 
I wont get tested. They cant afford to loose me. What do you all think about a sust/d-bol stack? 8-10 weeks? I neeed to get stronger and Heavier so I can get a shot at the NFL.

It's not your school that does the testing, it's the NCAA. They do it randomly, usually if you're getting into the playoffs.
 
I know for a fact that a majority of collegiate and professional athletes love winstrol. It's great for strength gains and with the right diet you can shed BF and put on lean body mass. I can't remember what the half life or prop is but that would be my best bet for yuo.

Take huge amounts of growth hormone and igf. I beleive these are still undetectable by drug tests.
 
Trust me the can lose anyone, it doesn't matter who you are I have been there. Try some Test Prop it isn't in your system long. Injections suck but well worth it. Good for sex drive to.

IMO winny wouldnt be good for a lineman i used it once for 6 weeks and after 10 weeks of deca and test and you could feel it effect your joints plsu reports say it isnt great for tnedons, ligaments as well so i wouldnt use this if i were you.

like i said use prop with var, dbol or tbol you could runa 10 weeker of prop and var)which is kinda what im leaning towards for my next cycle) or 10 weeks of prop with first 6 of dbols (your a lineman you cna take the shots dude.

IF you can afford to thro in IGF do do 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off (never used this frug so get someone eho has to tell you how to use it properly.

what is var?
 
I ran 50mg var for last 8 weeks of 12 week cycle, Prop 12 weeks 150ml every other day. Huge strength gains and gained about 15lbs. Var will make you tight and boost strength through the roof. Like I said the injections for Prop are some of the worst there is. At least I think. I didn't have any sides from these. Only good results.

var= anavar= oxandrolone

i havent used it i have some sitting in my supboard waiting for me tho on my next cycle i will using it with prop propbly @ 50-75mg ed for 6-8weeks. I aint used it but anyone who has said strnegth gains are quality whihc i suppose it what you need on a llineman and reportedly it doesnt efefct cardio so would be cool with your conditioning. But i will let you know when i start using it or someone who has used it can let you know. I ised bdols on my last cycle as strentgh was good my face turned into a round beetroot so it was a bit of a giveaway i was on.

Definitely correct for the average person, however he is a football player. Coaches put alot of emphasis on learning the skills (and plays) and repping them over and over until you are so catabolic your body won't think about putting on another pound.

That being said, do this:

Week 1-10 50mg Test Susp ED
Week 1-4 25mg Dbol ED

or

Week 1-10 75mg Test Susp ED

PCT = 500mcg HCG Every Week
and
Clomid Ramped down
or
Nolva 40mg ED


The only reason i'm advocating AS for you is because I feel like my life would be considerably worse without it. I've opened many doors through anabolics which may not have opened otherwise.
 
out of interest why suspesnsion over prop? is it the shorter clearance time?

and why dbols over var?

just for my own knowledge, not questionning you

Is Hgh expensive? How much would I need? I have done Test prop/ent before w/d-bol. It was alot of water wieght but i did go up 90lbs on my bench in 8 weeks.

For people out there that dont know to play ion the NFL you have to be at or over 300lbs at my position. therefore I can not lean down to much. I am already pretty lean for my position. I need some good strength and decent wieght gains.

is this a good cycle for me?


500 of sus a week ( 8 weeks)
25 mg d-bol ed 4 weeks

or what?

Hgh? ( how much ? ) how often?

Var? How much? how often

test prop?



I need help putting a good cycle together. That wont interfere with my cardio and that would be over right before spring ball. Please help. Thanks again you all are great!

there will be similar water on the sus/dbol to the prev prop/ent (taking it you mean a blend of prop and enaanthate) and bdol

i will be using
weeks 1-6 anavar 60mg ed (splt 3x daily)
weeks 1-6 prop 50mg ed

you about 60lbs bigger than me so i would up the doses but bump on what to up them to tho bro!!
